Silent Hill: Townfall records room code

The records room code is 2605. The clue is upstairs, and the room holds Hydroxalene, one of the three drugs for the infusion pump.

Where it is

It's in the top-left corner of Chapman Ward Ground Floor in the St. Amelia Medical Center (Part 3, Chapter 7).

Dextracyclate	Chapman Ward First Floor, Bay 6, in the infusion machine
Hydroxalene	Records Room (code 2605), green medical box in the cabinet

Once you have all three, go back to Surgery to set the pump rates.
