To restore power in Zoe's House, insert the Prepaid Power Card, press A until the screen reads "Card Credit", press B, then flip the main switch at the bottom right.
Where it is
The panel is in the crawlspace beside the stairs in Zoe's House (Part 1, Chapter 3), west of the town square. Crouch to get in. It's dark, so you need a working flashlight.

Combine the AA Batteries with the flashlight in your inventory.
How to solve it
Insert the card
Put the Prepaid Power Card in the slot at the bottom of the display.
Press A until it reads Card Credit
Button A cycles through the screens.
Press B
This loads the credit.
Flip the main switch
It's at the bottom right. The power comes on.
With the power on, turn on Zoe's computer and refresh the inbox. The middle email, "For Attending…", is the clue for the organ transport box.
