The organ transport box code is 956 on the left and 133 on the right. Opening it gives you Zoe's Lanyard, which opens the clinic.

It's in the kitchen of Zoe's House in Part 1, Chapter 3, west of the town square.

956 also opens the safe at 5 South Brae in Part 4. That's a coincidence. The two puzzles aren't linked.
