The clinic reception door code is 2896. The number is on a post-it note stuck to the computer in Dr Stevenson's office.
Where it is
It's the reception door on the left near the entrance of the Shorefront Family Clinic (Part 1, Chapter 3), north-east of the town square. Open the clinic's front door first by using Zoe's Lanyard on the pad beside it. You get the lanyard from the organ box.
After you get in
Use the reception phone and listen to the answering machine. The message marks the Pharmacy on your map, which is where the next puzzle is.
While you're in the clinic, take the Scalpel from the green box in the Z Ellis room. It opens rusty doors with a hatch in the middle, starting with the pharmacy.
