Load the slides in this order: D, F, B, C, E, A, then press the red Play button on top. The order follows the agenda the projector shows.

Before the slides
Fit the bulb and lens
Put the Projector Bulb in the front, then the Projector Lens (from the Finance area). Press the red switch on the left.
Take the CEG Maintenance Key
It's in the hand of a body at the table. It opens Maintenance on every floor.
Get the Projector Slides
They're on the table in the Mezzanine Meeting Room.
Load the slides and press Play
Hold L1 to look at the slides. Once all six are in, press Play.
The cutscene afterwards gives you the CEO Access Card.
