Open the Strange Gate with the Constructed Mechanical Device. Combine the three Mechanical Parts in your inventory: the two discs first, then the cylinder. Then fit the device into the pipe structure at the gate.

Each locker needs its barcode scanned first. The locker codes page shows where each barcode is.
Make a manual save before you put the device in the gate: call 100 from any phone. Guides use this save to get the Abandoned and Forever endings by reloading, instead of doing another full playthrough.
Opening the gate unlocks the Key to the Castle trophy and takes you to CEG HQ.
